I don’t know about you, but I can eat ice cream at any time of the day. Introducing Halo Top, the guilt free ice cream. Yes, let me repeat that: the ice cream that will make you feel good about yourself. Halo Top is low in calorie, high in protein, and low in sugar using all natural ingredients. Each ice cream contains 240-380 calories per pint! Not only that, but there’s 5 grams of sugar per serving.
You might be wondering why I’m talking about ice cream in the middle of fall. Halo Top usually carries 5 flavors: birthday cake (the best flavor!), vanilla, chocolate, lemon, and strawberry. They released 10 new flavors for ten days of October. If you are a crazy fanatic of ice cream like me, you better get to the stores to buy one of every flavor before they sell out. I hit Kroger over the weekend and bought of five of the new flavors. Here’s a list of what you will be missing out on if you don’t go buy some for yourself:

Sea Salt Caramel: Sooo sweet with a touch of salt, it adds a perfect touch to your coffee in the morning. Trust me —if you love caramel, this ice cream is the real deal.
S’mores: Sit down by the campfire or even a scary Halloween movie with this perfect little dessert. Chocolate marshmallow with pieces of graham cracker—yum!
Cookies & Cream: Skip dunking your Oreo’s into milk. Instead, top your Oreo’s onto this one for double the flavor. Scoop up a crunchy cookie flavor.
Black Cherry: Sweet as cherry pie! Could it get any healthier than this? Add some fruit to this low calorie ice cream and you’ve got a nutrient-dense dessert in your hands.
