We are all finally about to go home and get the family detox every college kid needs around this time. But before we all have to rush back here and effectively die from an overload of papers, exams, and those friends who still go out during finals weekend, I am going to suggest we all prepare over break with some yoga.
Below is the sun salutation sequence that everyone should do in the morning over thanksgiving break. Not only will it help you stretch out any sore limbs from the “comfy” beds here on campus, it also helps to warm up muscles and get your metabolize up and running as soon as you wake up.
Even better is to follow this with cleansing green tea or grapefruit juice 🙂
