Too much sugar?

You know when you have clearly OD’ed on sugar. Its usually around this time, halloween candy is almost gone, every meal needs some sort of sweet aspect. And I am not saying thats a bad thing…but, as a sugar junkie myself, I think together we all know its time to cut back going forward.

If any of you have been feeling sluggish the minute you wake up until you get your first coffee fix, or even been actively hitting the vending machines, as your friend I am telling you…we would all benefit from a Sugar Detox.

I am suggesting a three day monuments and magical three day detox.

1. Make sure the timing is right; basically if you plan on going out this weekend do not start this diet. The best time to start is at the beginning of the week, so u can relax and ease your way into it.

2. Know what to cut out:

No CARBOHYDRATES LIKE WHEAT OR OTHER GRAINS

NO ALCOHOL

NO ADDED SUGAR..(TOMATO BASED SAUCES, SALAD DRESSINGS, ect. )

NO SUGAR…

 

WHAT CAN U EAT!?

NUTS

CHEESE

PROTEIN –>eggs, lean protein, avocado, fish

VEGGIES!

FRUIT 🙂
